Have you ever met someone, that wasn't happy with their life? I use to be one of those people . . .crash diet connoisseur, trying to be the ideal friend, girlfriend, or wife, stressed out, poor sleeping habits and did I mention I hated my job. . . . . .
So as fate would have it, while rushing in the rain one day, I broke my ankle in two places (who does that). I had surgery leaving me with a metal plate with five pins, stitches, and a cast. At that moment I knew my life had to change. I guess I was on my own pursuit of happiness. Along the way I did tons of research on health and aromatherapy, read several books, and even did some experiments. Not everything worked, but a lot of it did and I developed a signature line of aromatherapy candles.
I soon became the go to person for family and friends who were stressed or had questions about their health. I even became a Vegetarian (kinda), until I started craving lamb uuugggghhhh!! Ok, so everyone is not meant to be a Vegan or Vegetarian, but I did learn about cravings, and what your body is telling you. As it turns out, I am passionate about helping people and I wanted to really make a difference.
I decided to get some formal training and enrolled in school. I learned traditional nutrition philosophies and lifestyle coaching methods. With my knowledge we co-create completely personalized actions based on your goals to move you toward your ideal vision of health within your unique body, lifestyle, preferences, and resources.
